3-Week Table Project

Okay, this has nothing to do with stationery, but I wanted to share the project that my husband and I have been working on for the past three weeks. We had no idea it would take so long! We bought a new kitchen table since this honey-colored one just wasn't working in our new, more modern kitchen. We hated to let it go, though, so I decided it might be fun to strip it, stain the top, paint the legs and chairs, and polyurethane it all so that it could be used on our back porch. We had no idea what we were getting into, but now that the job is complete I LOVE it! If anyone wants to embark upon a project like this feel free to contact me. We learned a lot of things the hard way :)
