beautiful pottery

I once took a wheel-throwing class (in my former pre-marriage, pre-children life) and loved it.  I knew I wouldn't be able to make a career out of it because I just didn't have the talent, but it sure was calming.  Ever since then, I've had a fascination with great pottery.  Whitney Smith's creations are lovely and I hope to purchase this delicate cake stand once I dig myself out of the holiday spending hole.
